Selling a very nice 1986 Suzuki Carry 4WD mini pick up. NOTE this is NOT a 1976 as it shows as Ebay will not let you show a less than 17 digit vin number on a vehicle after 1981 and the VIN is the correct VIN for the truck. 1986 Suzuki VIN number is DB71T-146901 Mileage is in Kilometers and shows 55,235km which works out to 33,139 miles The truck is virtually rust free, and been well care for all of its life. Some indication of paint work done in Japan, but much is original but no signs of ever having any wreck damage. I am quite sure that the bed was repainted inside before it was shipped over from Japan. I imported the vehicle personally. The vehicle is legally licensed and registered for road use in Washington State. This is a very decent old truck that is in excellent working condition but could use some additional cosmetic tidy up if you wanted it perfect, that said it is in very nice shape for its age and totally serviceable. The little truck drives well and looks good, everything on it works including the heater. Very much a big hit at the car club events that I have taken it to and on the road or going to the grocery store it always gets a lot of attention. The 550 cc engine runs great and starts easily, and gets over 50 mpg on regular, but has a top speed of around 50 mph, it will exceed its top speed but I feel like you are seriously putting the little engine at risk to do so. Very stable at speed, but not a freeway vehicle, just not fast enough. The suspension and steering is tight and has no issues. Brakes are just fine, and the 4 speed transmission is excellent and shifts easily. Again the truck drives very well indeed. Door panels are all original and in good condition, but may need some re glue on the edges. Dash is faded but solid no cracks. The cover around the steering column cover is faded and dry looking but solid enough. All lights and accessories work just fine. As you can see from the pictures the bed sides fold down to give you a flat surface on which to carry things like plywood. The tailgate and sides are also removable easily. Since this truck is over 25 years old it should be legal in all 50 states but, to be sure you can register it in your state transferring the Washington State Title be sure to check with your local Department of Motor vehicles... All glass is in excellent condition no cracks or chips. Tires are good and on the original factory 12 inch rims... Has its spare tire and jack. Even has in the glove box the original Japanese owners manual (needless to say that it is not in English !:-).
