2 owner truck. Purchased in 2001 with 6k miles on it. Have receipts for all work/repairs/recalls since new. Below is a list of what's been repaired/replaced on it..... (all repairs performed at Capital Ford, Wrightsboro Tire and Auto, Cottman Transmission, Coastal Carolina Automotive, Dukes Tire and Auto, Sears of Wilmington, North Carolina, and Sam Galloway Ford of Fort Myers, FL.) - rebuilt transmission with heavy duty torque converter at 146k miles, - all new fuel bowl/filter seals and drain valve assembly - new oil cooler - all new coolant hoses and overflow tank (complete coolant system flush at same time)- new water pump- high pressure oil pump replaced- new CPS- new turbo wastegate actuator- new turbo up pipe seals - front brakes completely rebuilt with new hoses and pads/rotors- both front bearing assemblies replaced and new dust boots installed- upper/lower ball joint replaced- transmission, brake booster, x-fer case, front and rear differentials serviced within last 10k miles with full synthetic lube - new brake booster and pedal assembly- steering system flush and new hoses- starter replaced by Ford under warranty- new batteries installed November 2012- new HD alternator- Rough Country front leveling kit (new leaf springs, u-bolts and shocks) sits higher in the front as the springs are still settling- 4 inch Diamond Eye stainless steel exhaust - 4 inch high flow intake- new injector/glow plug wiring harness, gaskets for both cylinder heads- new drive shaft carrier bearing assembly- new driver seat leather - new hood struts- air horn- XD 18" Diesel wheels and 305 series BFG ATKO tires- ARE truck bed cap with front and side slider windows, with locking rear hatch Lariat features:- tan leather- power windows, power locks, power driver seat, power towing mirrors- AM/FM/CD Premium Sound System- cruise control- A/C (blows ice cold and never had a problem with it)- high back front bucket seats 40/20/40 with center console- cold weather package (includes plug for block heater)- class 5 towing hitch- spray in bed liner- sliding rear window ISSUES:None. Would not hesitate to drive across country. This was our family truckster. Used primarily for driving back and forth from NC to Maine several times a year since purchased. We purchased a new Dodge Mega Cab for the truckster duties, so this one has been parked and is no longer needed. DISCLAIMERS:- Rear ended at stop light in New Jersey in November 2002. Lexus SUV that hit truck was totaled. Repairs to truck were a new rear bumper and new trailer hitch. Repair by Register Autobody of Hampstead, NC.- Side swiped (hit and run) in a Lowes parking lot by a low life, Repairs required were for a crease down the passenger side rear door and bed. Zero bondo used in repair by Register Autobody of Hampstead, NC.- Rattle can be heard from time to time inside cab. Traced to the larger 4" exhaust pipe hitting the right rear shock. Should be an easy fix. Current odometer reading:203K miles. Will not change much if any. Has been parked in driveway for 6 months and only run to keep lubricated. SOLD AS IS.
