This Hyundai Sonata has been very dependable. I bought it new in Florida and have driven it all over the country. Recently I relocated to India to study and had my brother take over the car along with the payments. He used the car for three weeks until the transmission went bad. The car was stranded in Queens, NY during the snow storms and finally when my brother went to have the car towed to his home he found out that someone had stole the license plate and broke the passenger side mirror. My brother stopped making the payments on the car so I finished the payments and it is now paid off. I will be here in India for a few years otherwise I would have fixed the and kept it. My brother cannot store the car at his place any more. So it must sell now. If you are a mechanic and can fix the car that would be best, as the car is very good, fast and economical. I have never had any problems with it except for normal maintenance, batteries, tires, brakes etc. I have kept up with changing oil regularly and maintenance etc. If you already have a Sonata then you may want to use the parts from your car to fix this up or visa versa. The car is located in Huntington Village, New York. (Suffolk County, NY) Buyer will have to come and pick the car up. I am sorry that we cannot arrange delivery.
