The VIN Correct restoration to "like new" original condition was completed in October of 2008 and has been driven less than 5000 miles. This VIN numbers matching 1967 Mustang Coupe is completely rust free, full of new parts, and fully restored to like new original condition. The beautiful $9,800 Lime Gold Metallic (original color) paint job is in nearly perfect and she starts, runs, and drives perfectly. I am only the second owner on record. This car is a head turner and attracts a lot of attention when driving her around town. A perfect fully restored car for weekend cruises and car shows. Why spend over $25,000 to restore your own, when you can buy this fully restored beauty at half the amount.List of new and updated parts: New front fenders, headlamp buckets, and rear quarters. New Battery April 2014 Seats were professional recovered and are in perfect condition Instrument, Radio, and A/T shift bezels are also new and in perfect condition Carpet, door seals, and side kick panels were all replaced during restoration All new chrome on the premium chrome package Wire wheel covers are used but in near new condition New radiator, starter, alternator, and voltage regulator All brakes, pistons, drums, and stainless steel lines are new Whitewall tires were new at time of restoration and only have 5000 miles on them All head, turning, backup, tail, hood, and dash lights were replaced with new bulbs and work perfectly New front and back chrome bumpers New front turn signals and rear backup light fixtures Wiper arms, lines, and foot pump all replaced and work properly New fuel tank, gauge float, and stainless steal fuel lines A complete new exhaust system was installed at time of restoration 5 leaf rear springs originally spec'd for V-8 models Sport Springs in the Front also spec'd for V-8 models New shocks on all 4 corners installed at time of restoration All new factory stickers were put into factory correct placement at time of restoration List of mechanical work completed during restoration: Engine rebuilt to original specifications and painted Ford Blue and is numbers matching to VINTransmission rebuilt to original Specifications and is numbers matching to VINRear End Seals replaced. Floor pans and Shock tower rust repaired Carburetor was rebuilt at time of restoration New plugs, points, and wires installed at time of restoration This car does not have spare tire kit which all I know it needs for a near perfect show quality specifications. I have entered it in only three local car shows and placed in the top three in each. This original condition car gets a lot of attention and discussion every time I drive it.
