1 Owner Complete California Survivor 1970 Dodge Challenger DY3 Original Paint Only 96K with Freshly Rebuilt 318ci Motor Package No Reserve Offered this week to the highest bidder is a original matching number 1 owner 1970 Dodge Challenger with OG owners manual & 1st year registration. A freshly rebuilt 318ci motor is included in this Challenger package. Vin is pictured clearly for all you mopar collectors to nitpick. Only 96K miles which are said to be original according to the consignee. Private auction for your safety. Recent barn find. All I have done to this 44 year old Challenger was to vacuum inside interior & lightly polish the original exterior paint. Features: VG original DY3 code beige paint. Interior is bone stock original, desert dry, & unaltered. Has original centre console & even the original carpet. All it's hard to find factory chrome trim is complete & perfect. Matching number 225ci motor pictured looks pretty darn good pictured. I assume it runs based on it's preserved condition. Please note: included in this package is a freshly rebuilt 318ci motor. Matching number (3) three speed automatic transmission. Power steering. Power brakes. Completely unaltered near rust free body is pictured above. Repeat NO Serious RUST ISSUES/BONDO on body, rockers, floorpans, or undercarriage pictured which is highly unusual for one of these cars. Body has a couple of dents here & there & that's about it. FYI driver's window will need replacement otherwise all window glass is VG. No keys. This 1970 Challenger has been stored quite awhile according to both the consignee & the last 1986 California registration sticker. Would make one fine "Vanishing Point" tribute car once restored. I would install a shaker hood, 426ci hemi, & matching 727 (3) speed transmission if I planed on restoring her. Build her up your way, my way, or leave it original it's up to you. In my humble opinion some excellent investment potential here as vintage Mopars are much better than money in the bank these days.
