Hello, how are you today? I am selling a 1964 Chevrolet Chevelle Super Sport convertible. This was an original 6 cylinder super sport which is quite rare. I do not have and engine or transmission for this car. This car is originally from South Carolina, it is a nice metal car, not a patch panel nightmare. The car has been off the frame, the suspension has been completely gone through, power disk brakes, new springs, shocks, bushings, body mounts, brake lines, etc. The entire body was taken down to bare metal, lined back up, all the body has been done, all one needs to do is block sand it, and paint it. This was professionally done, not done in the back yard, with and electric sander, and supplies bought at Wal Mart. I was very determined to do this car correctly, but I just do not have the time to finish it. All the seats have been redone, I also have a new rug, door panels, weather stripping, and most of what else is needed to complete the interior. I have the top frame for it, one will have to replace the top itself, I never got around to buying that. As seen in the pictures most of the trim is here with the car, along many extras. The engine bay is all painted, and ready for the engine. I made sure V8 springs were used in this car, so one can put any kind of engine in it. This is an original automatic car, but as I stated the is not an engine or transmission. I am an eager seller, I do not want to let this car sit in my garage much longer, my wife has other plans for the garage, and unfortunately a 64 Chevelle is not in these plans. I just want to state again, how clean and solid this car is, I have the original hub caps, the tires are brand new. I could go on all day about all the work that has been done, and all the extras. I want to be clear though, this is a project, so one may have to purchase additional parts and pieces to complete it. I have a vermont registration, you do not need a title over ten years old in Vermont, so this registration is clear and transferable. I am selling this car AS IS, NO RESERVE!!!
