TRUE ORIGINAL SURVIVOR !!! I got this truck from a elderly 80 year old gentleman who had it for 21 years. He used it on his small acreage to haul trees and trash. He sold place and moved to town and didn't need it anymore. This is one nicest original trucks you will find. It is all original except the mirrors. Still a 6 volt system and it starts right up every time. I've been driving it daily to work and it runs fair. I think the engine has a weak cylinder or valve. It does'nt smoke but misses a little. And if you get on it hard the clutch will slip. Rear engine seal is leaking so I'm not sure if clutch is weak or just getting some oil on it making it slip. It drives great and does'nt rattle. Transmission shifts nice and smooth ! Brakes work great and parking brake also works. Gentleman told me he replaced brakes a few years ago. Also has a brand new battery and muffler. Doors close nice and smooth. Windshield is good, but door windows have a crack in each. Fuel, Temp, and Gen gauges all work except oil press gauge. Even speedometer works. Shows 82000 but can't gaurantee it's correct. Most amazingly is that the original vacume wipers work perfect. Seat is in good condition and still has the original headliner in the cab. Headlights are working but will need some tail light and brake light work. For the age the body is in great condition !!! The only rust through I can see on this truck is on the lower front of the box. The floors and cab corners look great !! A little surface rust under the dreaded front park lights but no rust through. It does look like it did have one repaint many many years ago but has long since faded out. Only a couple of small dings on the whole pickup. Tailgate is in great condition and not rusted out on lower tube. Box floor is in good condition with only minor waves. This truck will need a little work to make it perfect, but is in fantastic shape for the age and is a nice solid, running truck that has such great possibilities with minimal work !! I have been collecting Internationals for years and this is one of the nicest original trucks that I have run across !!! Buyer must pickup up within 30 days !!!
