IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A DEAL ON A SUBURBAN THAT IS MECHANICALLY SOUND BUT NEEDS A LITTLE TLC YOU HAVE FOUND IT. THIS IS A REPO, IT NEEDS SOME TLC, BUT IT RUNS AND DRIVES WELL. THE GOOD, THE ENGINE RUNS SMOOTH, HAS GOOD OIL PRESSURE, PLENTY OF POWER, IT HAS THAT MINOR TICK THEY ALL HAVE WHEN THEY FIRST START BUT IT GOES AWAY QUICKLY. (I HAVE 3 CHEVROLET 4X4'S FOR PERSONAL VEHICLES, THEY ALL DO THIS) THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTS NICE AND SMOOTH, THE 4X4 WORKS. IN THE PICS THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND BRAKE LIGHT ARE ON, THE BRAKE LIGHT WAS ON BECAUSE I LEFT THE PARK BRAKE ON ACCIDENTALLY, IT WENT OFF WHEN I RELEASED THE PARK BRAKE, CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS STILL ON BUT IT RUNS FINE, MIGHT JUST NEED RESETTING I DON'T KNOW I DIDN'T SCAN IT. IT HAS TV'S MOUNTED IN THE REAR HEADREST, I DIDN'T TRY THEM OUT, DON'T KNOW IF THEY WORK OR NOT. BELOW IS WHAT I HAVE FOUND ON MY 15 MINUTE EXAMINATION OF THIS VEHICLE, I FEEL IT COULD BE DRIVEN HOME WITHOUT CONCERN, I WOULDN'T HESITATE TO DRIVE IT 400-500 MILES, IT SEEMS TO RUN AND DRIVE WELL. THERE MAY BE MORE DEFECTS, HOWEVER, THIS IS WHAT I FOUND AND I INTEND TO REPRESENT IT AS ACCURATELY AS POSSIBLE: 1. THE FRONT LEFT POWER WINDOW DOES NOT WORK, ALL OF THE REST OF THEM DO 2. STEREO IS MISSING, MAKES FOR A PEACEFUL RIDE HOME. 3. THE AC BLOWS COLD ON THE PASSENGER SIDE, THIS IS GOOD, IT MEANS THE COMPRESSOR AND ALL THE MAJOR COMPONENTS ARE FUNCTIONING, THE AIR BLOWS WARM OUT THE DRIVER VENTS. I SUSPECT THE CONTROL IS BAD THAT SEPARATES THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER SIDE ON THE DUAL ZONE CLIMATE CONTROL 4. POWER SUNROOF IS NOT WORKING (MIGHT JUST BE A FUSE, POWER SUNROOFS IN THESE ARE PRETTY SIMPLE) 5. THE WINDSHIELD IS CRACKED (YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY WILL BUY YOU A NEW ONE FOR FREE IN MOST STATES, SOUTH CAROLINA IS ONE OF THOSE STATES THAT THEY WILL) 6. THE CRUISE CONTROL DOES WORK 7. IT NEEDS TIRES 8. IT IS ABSOLUTELY FILTHY!!!! IT NEEDS A DAY SPENT ON IT CLEANING IT UP!!!! WE DON'T CLEAN UP ANYTHING OR FIX ANYTHING, WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET!!!
