1985 Mercury Capri RS - Body only, no motor or transmission This is a rare find, the RS body style was only made for a short time and is hard to find. Below is a paragraph on Hemmings about the 85 Capri RS: When the Mustang's 5.0L V-8 returned for 1982 after a two-year absence, it also showed up on the Capri's option sheet, and gained power yearly, paralleling the pony. By 1985, the Capri RS had become the 5.0 variant, featuring a big airdam and driving lamps, 15 x 7-inch aluminum wheels and dark gray semi-sheen finish on the lower body, regardless of upper body color. But for some reason, mid-year, the RS designation just vanished, leaving simply "Capri 5.0L" as the performance model's name. This made the '85-only RS belt-molding callouts fairly rare, but did little else to change the package.(Reference: hemmings.com/mus/stories/2009/02/01/hmn_buyers_guide1.html) Has T-Tops, body in good shape.
