Vehicle Detail
I hate to do this but there is no room in a single car garage for two bikes. The one leaving is a two owner 1976 CB750K with only 12,697 miles. Super nice paint and overall a very cool bike. I purchased this bike from the original owner in 2010 when it had just 9000 miles. I have done some maintenance: fork seals, stainless brake line/hose, master cylinder/caliper rebuild, and carb boots too. The left side cover has been cracked and repaired, barely noticeable but there. The engine paint is peeling and there is some pitting and rust spots in some of the chrome spots. The inside of the gas tank is very clean. I have not replaced the tires as they still have a soft feel and plenty of tread. Sometimes the neutral light indicator does not work-sometime it does. I will include the original grab bar if the sissy bar is not to your liking. This bike gets comments from people all the time about how they use to have one and wished they still had it. This will have a reasonable reserve and is located in Alton, IL, about 30 miles upriver from St. Louis, MO. The winning bidder will pay a $500 deposit within 24 hours of the end of the auction and the balance to be paid by cash, money order, or bank wire before the bike goes. I just took a 10 mile ride and everything is fine with bike, that will be my last ride as the registration expires tomorrow. Call me at 618-781-9580 before 7:00 p.m. cst with any questions. This is a relisting due to chop007 not completing anything for winning the original auction. If you are not going to pay for the bike, don't bid. I added three pictures that show very minimal nicks in the head fins that were made from the aftermarket highway folding foot pegs rubbing on them. Very small. The bike is being sold "as is-where is" and is the buyer's responsibility for arranging shipping or pick up. Good Luck and Good Bidding, Mike
