1978 Macho TA car #154 of 204. Engine rebuilt 5 years, has about 6100 miles on motor, Transmission rebuilt 6 months ago has about 100 miles on rebuild. New clutch,flywheel.pressure plate and throw out bearing. There is a serpentine belt set up on the motor. This is a factory W72 numbers matching 400 4 speed. Interior is really nice shape with the exception of a scewdriver slice on the drivers seat. Not all the way to the foam. The dash has the usual cracks on top. There is a dash mat covering the top. There is also a chrome roll bar. Paint is 6 years old, Shines up real nice, I did notice a couple of bubbles on the lower passenger door. There are some rock chips on the rear spoilers by the tires. Vehicle has 4 wheel disc brakes. There are sub-frame connectors as well as ladder bars. Power steering and AC work. All gauges work except for the tach, there is a sun tach on the steering column. Vehicle has an NOS back glass with rear defroster but currently not hooked up. Wheels are 17" rally II's from year one. Rims/tires have about 400 miles on them. Very beautiful vehicle. Also have a letter of authenticity for the car. 100 % of the time this vehicle is garage kept. This vehicle has a clear WY title. There are only 50 documented Macho Trans am's listed on firebirdgallery. The Bandit trans am's are nice,you see them for sale all the time, like now (7-12-14) on ebay alone there are over 25 listed for sale.
