1962 Chevy Impala Convertible one of the nicest looking convertibles Chevy ever produced. This car has had a frame off restoration and is one of the nicest cleanest 62’s I have ever been around. Everywhere I have ever taken this car it has been a crowd pleaser and show winner. The body is very straight and rust free and the red paint is a 9.5 on a scale of 1-10 and really makes the car pop. The underside is as nice as the top the frame is all black and the underside is all body color red that can actually be waxed it’s that nice. The dual exhaust is polished Stainless along with the polished mufflers that looks real good. The rear end is stock with a 336 gear and the housing has been all smoothed and painted. The motor is a rebuilt stock 327 with double hump heads that runs great and sits in a very detailed engine compartment. The interior is original and still looks great it is pretty much stock looking but has an updated sound system and air ride controls. The top is a power top that goes up and down like a new one. The car also has power steering.The trunk has been finished and looks nice. The transmission is a rebuilt turbo 350 that shifts great. The car has air ride on all four corners and gives the car that great low look. There are a few pictures towards the middle of the listed pictures that show the car at ride height and it looks great in that position too. The car has 4 wheel Corvette disc Brakes with drilled and slotted rotors and they look fantastic sitting behind the 22’’ and 20’’ High end Billet Specialties wheels.
