I have a 1966 Ford Mustang for sale. It has a 289 engine. The odometer shows 04456.6. I am assuming that it has rolled, but I do not have any way to know if those are actual miles. We have owned the car for four years, and have only put 500 miles on it. Vehicle was restored when we purchased it, so the car has all new interior that is in great shape. It was repainted at that time too, but we have recently noticed that the paint has chipped in a couple places and has begun to bubble on the fender. At the time the care was restored, we rebuilt the engine. This past summer the engine began blowing oil out of the dipstick. We have been told that it needs new piston rings. We were going to fix the car, but have decided to relocate to Florida, and since the car doesn't have A/C we are not going to take it with us. The car has aftermarket rims and an aftermarket steering wheel, but we do have the original steering wheel if you want it. We also have new front brake shoes (not installed yet) and a complete wiring harness to upgrade the fuse box. Asking $7,500 or best offer.
