Thank you for looking at our auction. ATV: This listing is for a SUPER NICE 2012 Suzuki Z400 Sport ATV with reverse and Electronic Fuel Injection. The Z400 is a legendary ATV both with average trail riders as well as professional racers. It is without a doubt, one of the great sport ATVs of all time. The Z400 is a very peppy 4-stroke that is a blast to ride and will literally last you a lifetime with just regular maintenance. It is liquid-cooled for increased performance and one of the most durable sport ATV engines ever made. The 4-stroke 400cc engine is backed up by the awesome 5-speed manual shift transmission with a clutch. The best part is that, unlike many other sport ATVs, this quad has reverse. Reverse is something no ATV should be without in our opinion. This ATV also has EFI, Electronic Fuel Injection. EFI makes hard cold starts a thing of the past. It automatically adjusts the air/fuel ratio for temperature and altitude so it's always at the correct ratio to provide smooth power delivery as well as easy starting. No choke or carburetor to worry about. Just turn the key, put it in gear, and you're gone. The Z400 utilizes an independent double wishbone setup with coil-over shocks and dual hydraulic brakes in the front. The rear setup is a swing-arm system with a coil-over shock and a single hydraulic brake. With 10.4 inches of ground clearance, a 2.4 gal fuel tank, and a curb weight of only 425 pounds; this is a very nimble and fun machine to ride. Not to mention the fact that there are TONS of aftermarket hop-ups and accessories to customize your ride to your hearts desire. If you are reading this you probably know about Suzuki's legendary Z400. We get to work on and ride every ATV out there and the simple truth is that Z400's are simply amazing machines. Of course it does come with a clear title. Condition: This machine is in EXCELLENT used condition. This model doesn't come standard with a speedometer or hour meter. While we can't tell you how many miles or hours on it, this is a very solid ATV that has been well maintained and looked after. It is VERY hard to find used sport quads that are in this nice. Our guess is that an adult owned this quad and rode it like he valued it as his only means of transportation. It is EXTREMELY hard to find pre-owned sport ATVs that are this nice. They are usually abused, ridden hard and put up wet, but this one is definitely the exception to the rule. The engine is perfect and fires immediately. The chassis and suspension are in excellent shape with nothing damaged, bent, or broken. It revs perfectly and runs great with no misses, noises, leaks, or smoke. The brakes all function perfectly and the suspension is nice and tight with no play in the wheel bearings, tie-rod ends, etc. The plastics are excellent with zero cracks or broken areas. We looked all over this machine and minus a few very faint light trail scratches here or there, this quad looks all but perfect. This one seems to have had a pretty easy life. Everything on it functions exactly as it should. The engine is 100% stock and has not been opened up. A new one just like this would set you back around $7149. This one looks great, runs great, and it is a chance to get all the features you want at a great price. Accessories: We stock and install all the best ATV accessories. However, we are not a wholesaler and we do have to charge sales tax the same as if you are a retail customer. Details: Overall this is a very nice ATV that will make someone very happy. As for transaction details, We are MLS Powersports, located in Georgetown, Kentucky (40324). We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington, KY and 75 miles South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check, or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this ATV up in person, we are required by law to charge you 6% Kentucky sales tax. We will provide the winner with a KY Certificate of Sales tax paid. When you title this ATV in your home state they WILL credit the 6% back to you and you will only have to pay the difference (if there is any) to your local sales tax.(Except in West Virginia) We do this all the time, do not worry, you will not have to pay sales tax twice. If you have it delivered to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exemption for farm/agricultural use. If we ship, it must be paid in full first. This machine comes with a clean title that is ready to transfer. It will also come with a bill of sale and proof of being lien free. You are welcome to inspect it as long and well as you like before finalizing the deal, but it is used and sells as-is. Canadian Bidders: We sell many ATV's to Canada because it saves you a lot of money. We know the paperwork requirements and what it takes to get it done. However, it is very expensive to have an ATV shipped from door to door due to customs broker fees. If you pick it up yourself or have it shipped to a border town and do your own border crossing you will save thousands vs buying in Canada. We also have a shipper we can direct you to who has many warehouses along the border where it can be shipped to and stored until you pick it up.
