Posting the CL again, ebay pulled it because I had my website info on the listing description(just google us for more pictures). Thanks and Happy bidding!!!! Selling my custom Cloud Silver (a 1967 factory Honda color) 1967 Honda CL160 café. The bike is titled and insured in my name and registered until next March. The Cl is very light now after all the weight reduction modifications and handles amazingly. The entire bike has been gone through and rebuilt from the floor up. Every nut, washer, and bolt have been either re-chromed (JIS spec bolts) or replaced with stainless hardware. Painted in Cloud Silver color matched from the original fender. The frame has been gone thru and de-tabbed and the rear section under the seat has been hooped to house the new battery and modern rectifier. The center stand has been taken off for weight reduction. The wiring loom has been stripped down and re-routed to hide most of the wiring throughout the bike. The spokes have been re-chromed and hubs have been fully polished with drilled out ventilation holes. New shouldered aluminum rims wrapped with new Bridgestone Battlax BT-45 90/90-18” tires and inner tubes on both ends. The front fender has been cut down for a sportier look with the bike’s “lines” in thought to fit look better. The seat cowl is made from fiberglass and houses the new taillight. New custom “Mouse Grey” leather seat. New Hagon rear shocks with new chrome hardware. New Motobits rear sets look the part on this modern inspired vintage bike. The tank was really clean to begin with, not a spot of rust on it inside or out. New NOS Honda tank emblems. NOS Honda gas cap. NOS tank rubber kneepads. New chrome 7/8” Clubman handlebars and grips. The engine has been rebuilt with a 0.50 overbore with new pistons, rings, collars, and a fresh valve job. The carburetors have been glass blasted and rebuilt with original Honda parts and new cone filters. A Pertronix electric ignition has replaced the old points system (no more adjusting the timing!!). New chrome Allen hardware have been added and all the aluminum covers for the engine have been polished to a mirror finish. Custom polished starter block off plate. The exhaust has been modified to give it a nice deep sound. Much thought has gone through the bike to get to this point, please feel free to ask any questions. I take the bike for a 60 mile ride every Sunday to the back hills of the Otay Lakes here in San Diego and it performs very well. It’s a fun little bike that never disappoints. I now have about 500 miles on the bike since being rebuilt. The odometer reads 10894, but that does not reflect the actual mileage since being rebuilt. This motorcycle is sold as is, if you'd like to change something after you pay for the motorcycle, I can help you with that as well. I will help with loading the bike up if the buyers are picking it up themselves. The buyer is responsible to find a shipping company (I've used Uship in the past for great prices) and gladly work with them to get the bike to you as quickly and safely as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your needs. The $500 deposit is due within 24 hours of auction ending and the rest can be a cashiers check or cash.
