This auction is for a two wheel drive 2000 Ford F150 short bed pickup truck. The truck has 74,793 original miles. This truck is equipped with a 4.6L EFI V8 gas engine, 4-speed O/D automatic transmission, 3.08 rear axle, air conditioning, AM/FM stereo, rear anti-lock brakes, driver and passenger airbags, intermittent wipers, receiver tow hitch, power steering and power brakes. It has a GVWR rating of 6,050 lbs and a 120” wheelbase. It is a rust-free California truck. The truck was used as a community service vehicle for a police department and has a spot light mounted on the left “A” pillar as well as holes drilled in the roof and floor for mounting lights and radio equipment. The holes in the roof have been sealed but not permanently filled and repaired. It runs and drives well and has not been involved in any accidents. In 2012 with 62,000 miles the transmission was replaced. The paint has some chips and scratches and the passenger door has a small (6”) shallow dent by the side view mirror. The interior is in used condition and the seat bottom has a small tear in the left corner. The tires and brakes are good and everything works on the truck. The vehicle condition is consistent with most used 14-year old vehicles. The vehicle has a clear California title and just passed a California smog test inspection (inspection report included). The vehicle is sold without license plates. This truck is owned and operated by a municipality and has always received regular preventive maintenance service. Included with the truck are the original window sticker, owner’s manual and service records for the truck dating back to 2000. Scheduled viewings/inspections may be made upon request. Full payment is due within seven (7) days from close of auction. The vehicle will not be released until payment has been received and cleared.
