Vehicle Detail
Hi There- You are bidding on my truck that I brought with me from Arizona last year to Florida. We purchased a 3 room home here, but as my wife is now 7 month pregnant we need more space. So the garage is being converted into a bedroom and the truck has no where to stay. Scenario is best described as "our baby forces me to sell my baby". This truck is mostly original. As the title says, it is a 1965 Ford F100 which was originally purchased in Phoenix, AZ. Long bed (129 inch wheelbase). It is two-wheel drive with the original New Process 4 speed transmission. The paint and interior is - as far as I can tell - original. This truck came without power steering or power brakes which is the case today. Nonetheless, it is built solid by ford. The engine fires up and drive well. All of the lights are working, fuel and oil gauges are operational, doors, tailgate and hood open and close properly. Side windows roll up and down. There are no cracks in any of the windows. I get thumbs up when I take her out. Interior looks original as it is worn but not ripped. The exterior has not been painted to my knowledge. It has faded and some small chips with some spots being mildly oxidized. Tires were installed last August. Back bumper is heavy duty, replaced by prior owner. When I purchased the truck, the bed was diamond plated an I had a liner put in.Title is AZ registered, clean and clear. The 5 digit odometer reads 06,289. As it has rolled over I am guessing 106,289 although actual mileage is unknown. With some attention to detail, this truck could become a real beauty. Moreover, you can drive it while you iron out the details. If you have any questions or concerns, drop me a line. As this is my first time selling a truck on ebay, I should note that A winning bid also represents the buyers understanding that this vehicle is being sold in an “AS IS” condition with NO Warranties.
