Here is a clean, one owner 1996 Dodge Ram 2500 pickup truck, with only 131k original miles!! This Dodge is equipped with the Bulletproof 6 cylinder, 5.9L, 12 Valve Cummins Intercooled turbo diesel motor, a brand new automatic transmission and four wheel drive!! The body of this truck is very straight. The paint shines and looks good! No rust at all!! There are some minor and superficial scratches, blemishes and rock chips in the paint/clear coat, expected for the age of the vehicle. As with most of these trucks, the original paint has started to flake off, mainly on the roof which has been touched up. This was not a professional job and it is not perfect, please see pictures. The paint on the hood is also getting thin and is missing in small places, please see pictures. The rest of the paint looks good, however the clear coat has started to lift in places on the green, mainly on the drivers side as well as a spot on the passengers side rear of bed, please see pictures. The paint and body are all original, never wrecked! Also, there is a small ding on top of the bed rail at the very end of the bed, pasengers side and a small dent on the bottom of the drivers side rear quarter panel, behind the rear tire, please see pictures. The truck no longer has it's original tailgate. Also, the original owner had the fender flares installed shortly after buying the truck, he didn't like all the water splashing all over his truck and windows while driving down the freeway. This Cummins pickup is equipped with fifth wheel rails as well as a 14k Classic Reese fifth wheel hitch! Included in the sale are all original owners manuals! The interior is in good shape. The seats are in great shape no rips or splits, please see pictures. The carpet is in good shape as well, no rips and only a few minor stains, please see pictures. All of the power locks and windows work great! All of the guages work perfect. This truck is also equipped with a factory digital temperature&compass read out located above the rear view mirror, a Prodigy brake controller and the stock am/fm/tape stereo. The windshield is in good shape, there are no chips and no cracks. The headliner is in great shape as well, please see pictures. The AC and cruise control work great!! There are no cracks in the dashboard, please see pictures. The truck was smoked in for the first few years of it's life and has a few burn holes, this was many years ago and the truck does not smell like smoke! Also, the truck will come with after market rubber floor mats, we pulled them out so that everyone could see the condition of the carpet! The motor starts instantly and purrs, just serviced, fresh engine oil&filter service, a fresh fuel&air filters installed!! The engine is all stock, never turned up or tweaked in any way!!The automatic transmission shifts very smooth and crisp, just serviced with fresh fluid&filter!! The transmission is brand new with less than 7k miles, installed at the Dodge Dealer at the cost of $5,612!! All 4 tires are matching and almost new, Uniroyal Liberator A/T LT size, 245/75R16 m+s load range E and mounted on the factory chrome wheels!! Also, the front brakes have been recently replaced!! Please keep in mind that this is an older vehicle and is not in new condition!! Please expect normal wear and tear for a vehicle of this age and miles, this is not a brand new vehicle and it is not perfect!!
