This a for a nice old 1974 Ford F-100 Ranger long wheel base truck that I got on trade from a friend of mine that has owned it for several years.This is a very straight and solid old truck.I have the original owner manual and lots of old reciepts.There are 3 small rust issues that will be shown in the photos,that I will discuss right quick.There is one spot at the back of the bed the size of a quarter.There is another spot at the front of the bed about 1" high and 4-5" long.The third spot is on the dash on the lower drivers side,this one is probably from a mouse nest that was in the truck at one time.There is no rust in the floor and no signs of water leaks inside.The truck has always been a southern truck and has always been red and white.It has been repainted once several years back.With some wax it will shine up nicely as it sits,but by no means is it a perfect paint job.It has numerous scratches and some peeling on the passenger door,red over red so it is not that noticable.The trucks doors open and shut perfect.The original rubber floor mat is still intact.It has a B&M floor shifter that has been added along with some under dash gauges.The body is very straight and all the trim is intact.It has Alcoa style aluminum wheels with 8" wide rims on the front and 10" wide rims on the rear.The cooper cobra tires are descent 75% to the good but the left rear has been spun a few times ;)20% to the good. The truck has a later model 351/400 that seems to run good but I am sure it could probably use a tune up from sitting.It has a Edelbrock intake and a 4 brl carb and dual exhaust.The power brake booster is fairly new.The trans was rebuilt a few years ago and shifts great.The gas tank was replaced a few years ago.The truck actually drives very good for an old Ford.The steering is still pretty tight and it is NOT all over the road.The brakes are excellent.The A/C system is intact and the compressor is NOT locked up but there is no belt on it so it is not working right now.Eventhough the truck runs and drives,I would still recommend transporting it due to its age and lack of use over the last few years.But with that said if you are fairly close it should drive home with no foreseen issues. ******Take time to look at all photos and Please ask any question before bidding or buying if you are unsure of anything.
