Up for auction is a completely stock 2008 Suzuki GSX650F. This motorcycle currently has 7,203 miles. This is a 6-speed and is easy on fuel, getting 50-60 mpg on the open highway. The fuel tank is 5.0 gallons, allowing for up to a 200-250 mile range. The weight (fuel and oil included) of this motorcycle is about 530 lbs. This bike is fast and has great, smooth acceleration but not as race-oriented as the GSXR. It has a 30.3" seat height and is appropriate for riders of any height and skill level. I am 5'11" and it is very comfortable to ride. This bike would be great for a beginner or intermediate rider. It has always been kept indoors and due to fuel injection, storage over winter is simple. For over-winter storage, I have always put fuel stabilizer in the tank, removed the battery, and plugged it into a trickle charger. The rear tire has ample tread, but the front tire should be replaced sometime soon. The bike has been tipped over only once in my driveway while walking it backwards, resulting in some small scratches on the right fairing, back of the right mirror, and a crack (~2.5”) in the fairing below the turn signal. This crack was repaired from the back side and has not been a problem since. Both mirror extensions have minor cosmetic wear on them as well. I have owned this motorcycle for two years and I am not the original owner. I am selling it because I have purchased another motorcycle of a different style and do not need two bikes. Local pick-up is preferred, but if a buyer is unable to do that, he/she would have to arrange and pay for their own delivery. Within 50 miles of Flemington, NJ, I’m willing to discuss delivering for an additional fee.
