This 1999 Porsche 911 Carrera is a nice original car with a recent factory engine replacement. It runs and drives beautifully, but could use a bit of cosmetic TLC to make it showroom fresh. The paint combination is a very cool black on black with tinted windows. The paint looks good, but upon closer inspection there are water spots and a few minor chips and scratches. Nothing more than any similar car of this age, but in black it's a bit more noticeable. A good detail would probably help considerably. Custom touches include tinted windows, headlight covers, and clear tail light lenses. Inside, the upholstery, carpets, dashboard, and headliner all look great. There is a small amount of entry/exit wear on the drivers seat bolster, and a star on the passenger's side of the windshield. (see photos) All controls work well, and the AC is ice cold. Mechanically it runs and drives great. In either automatic or Tiptronic modes the car just loves to go! The brakes feel strong and the tires are still in great shape. Rears look virtually new. Receipts show that the engine was replaced under warranty with a new factory unit in 2011 at 107K. That was a mere 17K miles ago! Of course there are no leaks whatsoever. A good looking and fun to drive car that could use a minor amount detailing. With only 17K miles on the new engine, this car has a whole lot of good times left in it! NO RESERVE!
