Nice solid old 1930 coupe that I bought at a farm auction a few years ago. The previous owner told me he used to drive it when he was in high school in California. He put his surfboards in the rumble seat and headed to the beach. Then the family moved to Colorado where it was last licensed. Then to a farm in North Dakota where it was stored in a barn. Car runs with original numbers matching engine, trans shifts fine, and brakes work great. Also has older new tires. The top was intact, but was weak and when I hauled the car it let go. It comes with a brand new top kit with hardware. The glass is in good shape, except for crack in right door glass but still intact. The body was brush painted back in the day and has a nice old school patina. Fenders are nice, the hood is perfect, the sides of the car are very straight and doesn't show any signs of bondo. The body basically is rust free with the exception of two pinholes in front of the rear fenders on the lower body line, doors are very solid. The seat had a tuck and roll job back in the day in white vinyl. The rumble seat is original and in very good shape for its age. The last time I drove it, the carburator must have picked up a piece of crud because when you give it gas it wants to hiccup and cough. I bought a new set of gaskets to clean up the carb but haven't got to it, and the tank will have to be cleaned also. Over all a great car to restore, rod, or just do some minor work to put around in because it really is fun to drive.
