This auction is for a 2008 BMW R1200GS - low suspension, low seat model. This motorcycle is fully optioned except for NAVI and ESA. Equipment: Standard: 2-Cylinders, 4-Stroke, 1170cc Optional: ABS (HP2 Sport & R1200GS) Optional: ASC & Tire Monitoring (R1200GS) Purchased in June 2008, the motorcycle currently has 1,620 miles (not a typo) and has never been dropped. Stock, except for ROX handlebar extensions and a battery tender connector. This is a great (1) owner motorcycle which I do not have time to ride, it needs nothing. Clean California title in hand. Please ask any questions prior to bidding and prior to the end of the auction. If you have less than 10 feedback or if you are new to eBay, please check with me prior to bidding & state your payment intentions. Payment and Shipping: Winning bidder must contact me within 24 hours of auction end, in order to make arrangements for payment and pickup. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 7 days of auction end (cash, cashier’s check, personal check, or PayPal). If you decide to pay the remainder balance using PayPal, you will be responsible for the transaction fee (I believe that is 3 or 4%) which PayPal charges (For example: for every $1000 dollars, PayPal charges $30). Please note that cashier’s check or personal check have to clear prior to the release of the motorcycle. If no contact is made within 24 hours. I reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, I will work with the company of your preference. If you decide to ride the motorcycle home, I will make myself available to pick you up at the local airport (SJC), free of charge.
