For sell my Airhead R100/7 from 1977. The bike has been refined and updated through the years for a maximum efficiency and longevity:- 1000cc Nikasil cylinders replaced by previous owner (about 5,000 miles ago)- Dyna ignition- Stainless steel exhaust- 5 speed gearbox with kickstart added!- Rear drive box updated to 32/12- Gas tank lined- New throttle cables - Solo seat setupAll electrics work with a recently replaced flasher unit. The battery is in very good shape and got tested at 445 cca! The bike also has heated grips for the colder days. Not shown on the pictures: I have the stock seat and the fairing that goes around. The odometer has 103,000 miles on it and I predict the bike many more years of road blasting. It has always been well taken care of so if you do the same, there's no reason...Finally I got the bike fully serviced by a specialized german garage about 500 miles ago. Receipt as a proof. Therefore the bike runs amazingly great and is well carbureted. I cross the Golden Gate bridge everyday on it. The bike does have a few chips and rough areas, just the normal wear for a 37 year old bike. It would just need some comestic tender love. Basically the bike is in real good condition and ready for the road, or it could make an awesome project for someone who would want to turn it into a pure cafe racer! Only reason I am parting from my fräulein is that I have two bikes. And sometimes it's just too much in the garage. . .
