Vehicle Detail

IF you are looking for an exceptionally nice Triumph Rocket 3 and you don't want to shell out in excess of $15,000 on a new one here is an AWESOME used one. We sold this bike new to Dan in 2007. It is a one owner bike, and we performed all of the service on her throughout her life. Dan took exceptional care of her, she is wont for nothing! Dan added the Triumph touring windscreen, and the Leatherlyke q/r saddlebags and rear trunk. Mechanically she is completely stock, as Dan isn't much of a hot rodder. The bike, on the other hand, is very, very capable. Since you are looking at this bike, you might already be familiar with the performance capabilities of this model. Reported 0-60 in under 3 seconds, 0-100 in under 8 seconds, top speed near 140, 147 ft/lbs of torque and 140 hp, all available right off idle! Yep, it will whip the snot out of any cruiser or tourer out there. It's not even close. But that's not why Dan bought it (well, maybe sometimes). Dan wanted a big tourer that he and his wife could comfortably cruise down the road on and be able to pass at will. No downshifting, leave it in 5th and roll on the throttle, off she goes. That is what a R3 does best. It is very nimble for a big bike. It is easy to ride fast or slow. However, you have to be disciplined in your speed management! Dan had reached that point in his life where two wheels weren't agreeing with his knees, back and legs. So, he's on a Can Am three wheeled Spyder now. You'll see we get a ton of nice bikes in, just like Dan's as age pushes riders toward three wheels. If you're not there yet, and you want the ultimate Muscle cruiser/tourer, look no further. The bike needs nothing. It has the VERY RARE Triumph factory tribal red paint scheme. This, and the tribal blue were very difficult to get from Triumph HQ. You won't run into many anywhere in the US. Dan put the Leatherlyke hard bags on her because they are very durable, and very easy to remove. The only marks on the bike are some scrathes on the left windshield by the turnsignal and a tear in the passenger backrest pad. That's it. Tires and brakes are very good, buy it and ride it.Serious bidders only, bid to win. Winner must place $500 deposit via PayPal at auction end, and pay in full within 7 days of auction end. Winner is responsible for picking it up or shipping it home. Any questions, just ask, or stop by nd see her for yourself! Thanks, and good luck bidding.CAN AM OF WINDBER4646 CLEARSHADE DRIVEWINDBER, PA 15963814-467-4830
