Up for sale: 1977 Honda CT125 Australian Bush bike. VIN # CT1251011929. Bike has 207 original miles. This is a collector type of motorcycle. These were produced to be shipped to Australia in the 70,s .. Do not know production numbers and if someone would know please e-mail me. I am the second owner.. Bike was purchased from a dealer in Fremont, Ne. I have ridden the bike once only. Smooth as new and a joy to ride. And of course bike is virtually new and original condition. This is not, repeat is not a restored bike. I do not know if a better example of this rare bike exists anywhere. Has brush guards, hand guards,mud gaurds, chain guard,peg bars, and a rack. This was the package on this version of the ct's. Only minor perfection would be some rusting in the rims. Very little as most has polished out . I will be as honest as I can in describing anything about this bike. Georgious original orange paint and decals. Always been garaged of course. At times in my house. Wiring all appears new and shiny. Never tampered with but I cannot not guarentee all working. I am not an electrical pro so best for the new owner to handle by a professional. Most of system is probably fine but I never rode enough I guess. Gas tank has some rusting as one would expect so I do not want to run the bike until cleaned. Bike absolutely runs smooth though. I do not know a procedure to clean without risking damaging very very nice original paint. So I will not disturb and leave to the new owner. I am providing a very honest description. Please do not ask about dents. None. Possibly very very fine scratches barely seen with the human eye. I did resurface chain sprocket side cover and and rear brake control rod. Only disturbed parts ever. I can almost say this bike has never seen any moisture or mud or sand ect. I you seen the bike you would agree. Bike has a clear Nebraska title. I am selling as I am looking for an older Triumph driver bike. Seems people always want to know why a person is selling. Bike just needs a new home. My brother in Calf. always wanted to take to bike shows but never happened. Interesting story behind the bike also. Will elaborate on this to interested parties. Call me.
