Vehicle Detail

1934 Ford 3 window coupe. Ford engine....no sbc. The motor is a 351 Windsor w/4 bbl carb backed up by a Ford AOD transmission (3 spd automatic w/overdrive, also has shift kit). Both motor & trans were rebuilt at the time the car was built. The car now has 19,000 mi on it. It runs excellent and it's a lot of fun to drive. There is AC/Heat & Def for creature comfort along with power windows, power steering, tilt wheel, power brakes, power seats and AM/FM stereo w/power antenna. The car is equipped with a Mustang II front end w/disc brakes and a Ford 8" rear. Tires are new. There is a complete set of gauges that all work. The AC blows cold & the heat blows hot. Oil pressure runs 50 PSI while driving and water temp stays @ 180 degrees. There is a kill switch for the battery and remote trunk release in the interior. The transmission was just serviced due to a fluid leak. Exhaust has no rust or leaks. The paint is a 2001 GM color and looks great in the sunlight. I was told that the car was originally built by Classic Motor Carriages in Miami, Florida and have the original build manual which goes with the car. A valuable tool for any car. This car is not a trailer queen, it is driven and therefore has minor blemishes however it is extremely presentable and until you get up close and start looking you won't notice them to easily. Interior is clean with good carpet and no tears or burns on seats (non smoker). There is one small spot on the door panel that I can't seem to get out. I recently took the car on a 200 mile trip to Rhinebeck, NY for a car show with no problems, however don't expect it to ride like a new Cadillac.....it's a hot rod. Their built to look good, to run good and look cool when you arrive. In case you were wondering, up until a month ago I had free storage for 3 of my 5 classic cars. That property has been sold and I have until the end of May to move them. Rather than rack up storage fees I've decided to downsize so my reserve is "very" reasonable. I'll also be selling my 50' Merc and 53' GMC pickup. Feel free to ask any questions. This car is sold "as-is" with no warranty. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. I will assist with loading. Car is registered as a 1934. Connecticut is a non-title state for vehicles over 20 years so it will be sold with a Connecticut bill of sale. A $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hrs of auction end. Remainder to be paid by bank check or wire transfer within 7 days of auction end. No personal checks or money orders. Bidders with "0" feedback contact me before bidding. Bidders with negative feedback and non-paying bidders don't bother bidding. All others please ask your wife, girlfriend, mother, bank or whoever before bidding so as not to spoil things for others. The car is for sale locally and can be sold at any time.
