You are looking at a 1970 Chevelle SS396 numbers Matching with just over 40,000 original miles. I purchased the car about 14 years ago from the original owners grandson. When I got the car it was in great condition and actually drove it before a frame off restoration was done. The car was in such great shape that the vinyl top and the entire interior (except the rear package shelf) are original. The white stripes were even taped off and only the green was repainted. Even the wheel trim rings are original. The carburetor, ac compressor, one ac line, and tires are not original. I have the original carburetor to go with the car. I also have 2 brand new in the box reproduction chrome bumpers in the box that will go with the car. In the pictures you will see a copy of a portion of the build sheet. I have a portion of the original build sheet that will go with the car. The car has a bench seat, column shift, with a 12 bolt 3.36 open rear end. This car runs great on the highway and will run 70 mph very comfortably. If you are looking for a great investment car at a reasonable price that you can drive, this is the car for you.
