If you are looking probably the BEST Vanagon in the market right now here you have it... It is 1984 VW Westfalia Camper, I am probably the third owner of this beauty (never check) and I have driving it for a lot of time already. It is so much fun, with tons of head turns every time everywhere I go and extremely convent vehicle. This is, at least for the past 7 to 8 years, a South Florida vehicle which means no rust, no hill, not damage to it at all Let’s star by mention that this is THE BEST! Vehicle I ever had. I put on it a lot of time, money, and love to it. I did a lot of work to in the past year or two. Some of the work I personally did was upgrading it to the newest version (keeping of course the beautiful and unique shape of this jewelry). A local store, Bus Depot, and Go Westy were basically in USA the responsible for providing all the parts I replace to my baby. In Germany, were a couple places where I bought some other parts and then shipped here. I bought ONLY Volkswagen Original MADE IN GERMANY PARTS, as well as, some used VW Original MADE IN GERMANY PARTS from the local place who had a 1991 Vanagon Camper (last year of the Vanagon). No Mexican, Brazilian and of course not Chinese or Taiwanese at all! A complete (and when I said complete means complete!) engine was rebuilt December last year, changing every single part of it. Now, get ready to ready (for sure I am going to miss something) the list of the part BRAND NEW change to my baby: Original new Parts 1- Front turn light (smoke) 2- Water pump 3- Oil pump 4- Windshield 5- Roof rubber 6- Bilstein shock absorbers all the way around (heavy duty version) It feels like a Mercedes Benz driving after that. 7- Brake calipers 8- Brake Disks 9- Rear Brake Drum 10- Brake Shoes 11- Brake Pads 12- Brake cylinders 13- Brake Pump 14- Brake Slave 15- Power brake booster. 16- Propane Gas Tank (for the stove). 17- A/C Compressor – houses – o-ring – expansion valve. 18- Dual battery set up (missing that battery). 19- Hella fog lights (HID). 20- HID head lights. 21- Submersible water pumps (for the sink). 22- Complete clutch (Pressure plate, disc, release & pilot bearing). 23- Clutch Master Cylinder. 24- Clutch Slave Cylinder. 25- Headliner (front driver passenger area). 26- Pioneer speakers in the headliner. 27- Rear Speakers. 28- Professional painted with the best paint brand in the market 29- Complete drive-train including (Outer Tie Rod, Ball Joint – Upper, Ball Joint – Lower, Upper Control Arm Bushing, Lower Control Arm Bushing) 30- Gas reservoir tank’s hoses. 31- 15 AMP Hook up Extension Cord (Heavy Duty 12 Gauge extension cord designed for use with outdoor appliances). 32- Towing ball cover. 33- P-Trap Sink Drain Kit. 34- Rear Hatch Screen. 35- All V Belts. 36- Full tune up (oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, distributor cap ignition rotor, drain plug with washer, NGK spark plugs, wire set). 37- Oxygen Sensor. 38- Fuel Level Sending Unit. 39- Tail gate hatches. - Tachometer. Upgrades “Original Volkswagen made in Germany Parts” 1- Complete front grille including headlights (before were single and were rounded). 2- Power steering (hoses, power steering pump, rack and pinion, etc). 3- Steering wheel (from Euro Van). 4- Rear view mirrors. 5- Front seats (with arm rest) 6- Front floor lights. 7- Rear passenger lights & AC power point. 8- Rear cargo light. 9- Third stop light. 10- Seat belt covers 11- Microwave. 12- BRAND NEW TIRES JUST INSTALLED (NO EVEN 5 MILES ON IT!!!!! 13- Rear wiper 14- VW Vanagon Camper front license plate 15- Auxiliary Power Outlet Assembly. 16- Interior Fluorescent lamp. 17- BRAND NEW JUST INSTALLED POWER BRAKE BUSTER!!!!!! 18- BRAND NEW COOLER RESERVOIR TANK INSTALLED. It has the complete curtains and mosquito screen, Bentley Repair Manual (The Vanagon green book THE BIBLE of it), 4 speed transmission, water cooled, the camper is in excellent running condition, no fluid leeks, no rust, clutch has been replaced about 3,000 miles ago, oil was changed every 3,000 miles, serviced by VW EXPERT same mechanic for the past 8 years. Sleeps four people very comfortable, two burner stove, refrigerator, two tables, lots of closet space, curtains, bug screens, sky light. The interior is in good condition as you can see in the pictures. We just replaced the seal on the pop up top, the canvas and screens are in excellent condition no rips or tears (the canvas in the top roof can be changed ($350 - $400 to replace it), but it is still fair good (patched), paint is absolute beautiful full of luster and gleam. This Westfalia is ready to be enjoyed by hopefully as caring me. Probably more than $15,000 spent in this vehicle and ready for a cross country!!! When I say this I mean this: I will drive this vehicle to the moon and back! This is a Florida vehicle with absolutely no rust. The body and interior are in good condition and the drive-train runs very well.
