Vehicle Detail
Former 1960's West Coast Gasser. Ultra light weight one piece body, doors and trunk lid. Street weight one piece tilt nose. Was told from previous Oregon owner this has an actual Willys chassis modified with a Currie nine inch Ford rear with 3 link bars and coilover shocks. Front leaf spring suspension is a 49 GMC pickup straight axle with a Vega steering box. Full roll cage as done back in the early days. Car hasn't been re-assembled or run in years. Old school centerline 15x12 rear wheels with Firestone 12x32 Slicks, fronts are new Firestone 7.10x15's on matching 15x4 Centerlines. Engine plates, clutch linkage and crossmember set up for SBC and GM 4 speed trans. Doors are lift off pin hinges, nose tilts and lifts off. Trunk lid is new and is currently not fastened. There are two lightweight composite bucket seats, fuel cell and quick release steering wheel. What you see in the pics is what you get. Its no perfect show car but with some work it would be a cool 60' nostalgia gasser/cackle fest hot rod. On Apr-29-14 at 14:44:51 PDT, seller added the following information: Body, doors and trunk lid are "race weight" fiberglass. Very thin/light weight. One piece nose is heavier fiberglass with steel reinforcement.
