up for sale my 1952 chevy suburban. rebuilt full pressure 235. 4speed granny low. maybe 2000 miles on motor. fires right up and runs strong. lowered in back with blocks. iv'e owned this vehicle for over 10yrs. drove everyday for years, pulled the 216 and swapped with 235. mostly driven around town or short trips. new tires 560 15"'s not the fastest freeway tire but i like the look. i have the very rare rear seat frame and springs just needs covered. it was brown two days before i bought it, originally the blue green color, unfortunately they gave it a cheap (beige)? paint job that did not hold up in the sun and is peeling. they also removed the roof rack and left the holes. i always kept it covered in rain. All glass is perfect!!!! you could spend a small fortune on glass alone. i sanded rear corners long ago to check for rot, they're all steel. only rot is under side windows (very common, and minimal, and minimal on passenger side floor. i could kitty hair it all and primer, but i'd rather you see it all. Usually these things are thrashed, this one came from the central valley and is real California car. new dual exhaust with glass packs and spit stock manifold. super rare tattersfield dual intake, tuned and runs great. 12volt. speedo not working. Rare original radio(not hooked up). few lil dings here and there. original interior paint, nice shape. they replaced the cardboard headliner pieces with wood, but lefts all the small metal strips. it had some gross fabric glued to it that i pulled down. front seat was recovered when i got it, very nice job. jump seat works perfect.grill is missing a few screws, wiring is mostly stock so could use some cleaning up, along with ghetto fuel lines... but it all works.I drove it today. So fix the roof rack holes, easy body work and paint and you got a 30k vehicle. I love this thing and it has always been good to me. Thats about it. it's no rocket ship so if you live far away i wouldn't recommend driving far. buyer responsible for shipping but i can meet with carrier. all sales final. as is condition. oops forgot lost passenger headlight ring after replacing light.
