I am selling my 2006 GMC 3500 with Duramax Diesel with Allison transmission and it's a Long Bed. This is best truck I have ever owned and I have bought another one. The only reason I am selling is because I need the write off for my business. Truck has 116,000 miles. Clean Carfax, I am second owner. Original paint. Truck is SLT with power windows, power locks, cruise, tilt, power drivers seat and many other goodies. Leather is in great condition, NO RIPS OR TEARS. Paint is in good condition, minor (normal) scratches etc for being 8 years old. They are included. These trucks have a few known problems. 1.) Transmission cooler lines that leak. I took these off and had local hydraulic shop remake heavy duty ones and they have never leaked again. 2.)The steering column "rubs" and makes noise. I had mechanic install a grease zirc and now about every 18 months, one pump of grease gun and no problems. GM should take note of this. Works perfectly. Truck runs and drives as new. Tires are 80% worn. Am leaving on truck so someone can see how the last 56,000 miles have gone. No uneven wear, no problems. The paint is shiny and looks good. I am picky, so I have taken pics of anything that I thought was worth telling you about. I have run Shell Rotella in the truck plus Amsoil synthetic transmission fluid. Truck tows like nothing I have ever driven. The electric jake brake is awesome. I don't tow my boat much but when I do, I smile like crazy cuz this makes it easy. I have weather tec floor mats as well that go with it. Truck rides better than both the 1500 and the 2500 and pulls better than any truck on the market. Call me with any questions.
