Thank you for looking at our auction. ATV: This ATV is an extremely nice 2011 Honda Rubicon 500 GPScape, EPS, Automatic, 4x4, Utility ATV. The Rubicon line is Honda's "Luxury Work Horse" line of ATV's. It is one of the most dependable ATV's ever made and they literally last a lifetime. It starts with the 500 class, liquid-cooled, four-stroke engine. This is one of very few ATV engines that will go beyond 10,000 miles with just regular maintenance. This Rubicon is fully automatic. All you do is select forward, neutral, or reverse, and then hit the throttle. The hydraulic pump transmission does all the work for you. Want to maintain a certain gear without shifting up or down? No problem for the Rubicon. You can move a lever and go from being fully automatic to using Honda's EPS (electronic shift program). This allows you to manually control what gear the machine selects. This way you can stay in a lower gear on downhill descents to help maintain a slower speed. Once your done working or playing on hills, just flip the lever back to auto, and your off with a fully automatic transmission again. Electronic Power Steering (EPS) delivers a true variable assist system by measuring not only vehicle speed but also steering torque at both the handlebars and the drive wheels. The electronic control unit measures input forces, resistance, and speed, alerting the motor to deliver turning forces at predetermined levels. Power steering is a pricey option but something no new ATV should be without. Not only does it make it super easy to steer, but it also prevents kickback when trail riding. No more having the handlebars jerked out of your hands when you catch a rock or tree root with only one front tire.Being a GPScape model, this Rubicon has a built-in GPS system. You can store and program up to 100 waypoints, then choose which waypoint to navigate towards, and the directional display will tell you what direction you need to travel in and how far away the waypoint is. This is a very neat and useful option to have. Never get lost again. These Rubicon models can be taken in and out of 4 wheel drive simply by moving a switch. Of course digital instrumentation, racks, and a trailer hitch are standard equipment. If you are reading this you probably know about Honda's legendary quality. We get to work on and ride every ATV out there and the simple truth is that Honda's are simply a better made product than the competition. Of course it does come with a clean title. Condition: This machine is in amazing condition. It has 1165 original miles and 159.9 engine hours of use. It has been well maintained and looked after. To see it in person, you'd think it only had half the mileage it does.The engine is perfect and fires immediately. It revs perfectly and runs great with no misses, noises, leaks, or smoke.The chassis and suspension are in excellent shape with nothing damaged, bent, or broken. The brakes all function perfectly and the suspension is nice and tight with no play in the wheel bearings, tie-rod ends, etc.The wheels are in nice shape and the tires are brand new. Not much to say on condition, it's really nice. It does have some light trail scratches here and there with a little more noticeable scratch on the front bumper cover, but is otherwise very nice. This machine has been well maintained and looked after. This machine is a work horse and also a blast to joy ride around. Everything on it functions exactly as it should. This Rubicon looks great, runs like new, and is a chance to get all the features you want at a great price. Accessories: We stock and install all the best ATV accessories. However, we are not a wholesaler and we do have to charge sales tax the same as if you are a retail customer. Details: Overall this is a very nice ATV that will make someone very happy. As for transaction details, We are MLS Powersports, located in Georgetown, Kentucky (40324). We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington, KY and 75 miles South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check, or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this ATV up in person, we are required by law to charge you 6% Kentucky sales tax. We will provide the winner with a KY Certificate of Sales tax paid. When you title this ATV in your home state they WILL credit the 6% back to you and you will only have to pay the difference (if there is any) to your local sales tax. (Except in West Virginia) We do this all the time, do not worry, you will not have to pay sales tax twice. If you have it delivered to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exemption for farm/agricultural use. If we ship, it must be paid in full first. This machine comes with a clean title that is ready to transfer. It will also come with a bill of sale and proof of being lien free. You are welcome to inspect it as long and well as you like before finalizing the deal, but it is used and sells as-is. Canadian Bidders: We sell many ATV's to Canada because it saves you a lot of money. We know the paperwork requirements and what it takes to get it done. However, it is very expensive to have an ATV shipped from door to door due to customs broker fees. If you pick it up yourself or have it shipped to a border town and do your own border crossing you will save thousands vs buying in Canada. We also have a shipper we can direct you to who has many warehouses along the border where it can be shipped to and stored until you pick it up.
