You’re bidding on a classic 1934 Ford original steel restorod. This all original Henry Ford steel coupe is a wonderful example of modern practicality and vintage beauty blended together to create a unique show/driver vehicle. Cruise at 70 all day long. Starting with an all original ’34 in rust free condition, the factory body, front & rear fenders, hood, grill shell and rumble seat trunk were totally disassembled and rebuilt from the ground up. No patch panels were necessary due to the amazing condition of all the original sheet metal. The original ‘34 frame was boxed and opened for clearance for the modern drivetrain. Before the frame was powder-coated gloss black, the rear spring hangers and four bar brackets, as well as the motor mounts added. A steel top insert was covered in original grain vinyl material, sealed and screwed in place through the original channel. The entire body was blocked and shot with DP90 primer. The entire interior body shell was completely insulated with DynaMat from the inside firewall, front cowl, floors, roof, and rear B pillar. Once the bodywork was completed, a gorgeous base coat clear coat of British Racing Green was applied.
