Vehicle Detail
1969 Chevrolet Camaro, Driver condition car. Just installed a professionally rebuilt 454, nice lope to the engine, estimate around 450-475hp. Built Turbo 350 Transmission, stall converter, quarter shift all make this car a fast ride yet still a street car. 770 Holley Avenger Carb, brand new. Exhaust sounds awesome, great tone to it. Interior looks good, probably 8 or so years old, no rips or tears, just a solid driver condition car. Subframe connectors, slapper bars, very fast. Manual steering and brakes, car has line locks. Front fenderwells are not installed, but I have brand new ones that I will include with the auction and would bolt in, they are in the plastic they were shipped in. Tires and rims are brand new, zero miles, and look awesome on this car. Brake lights, headlights, turn signals all work, but turn signal switch will need to be replaced at some point, works now but lever is a little loose (easy fix). Some minor rust in the floor pans, very common stuff and nothing to be worried about, just don't expect a fully restored car. At the same time this is a heck of a car, and considering how expensive '69's go for this will be a great go fast addition to anyones garage. Paint has a number of defects, the only bubbling is in the doors but not in the quarters or anywhere else. Paint has a really good shine to it, I would call it a 10 footer. Fuel is supplied by a fuel cell in the trunk, easy to change to a standard tank and I can include a new one in its original box with a sending unit for $150 adder. Please see my other auctions and read my feedback as I have sold a number of toys over the past 10 years. No problem working with international bidders, just remember all funds must post before car leaves my garage. I am an honest Ebayer and expect the same from potential buyers, please ask any questions and I will answer quickly. Thanks and happy bidding! On Mar-30-14 at 21:12:25 PDT, seller added the following information: I added additional pictures. I am getting a bunch of questions and will try and summarize. No, this is not an original A/C car from what I can tell, and the heater is not hooked up. This is an early '69 so it does not have an X-code on the trim tag. I am not a Camaro expert, just going off what I have researched online, I believe the original color of the car to have been green with black interior. I would say this is not a $35-65K restored car but a driver quality car, does have some bubbling in the doors and paint and interior is showing some age/wear, but otherwise shows quite well for a driver. And the 468ci which has been in the car about a months sounds awesome and performs awesome in this car. Thanks & good luck bidding.
