Beautifully restored and improved quad. Starting with a powdercoated frame with a custom polished rear grab bar and front bumper. Built a motor using new cases with a new Honda crankshaft and oem bearings and seals. Installed a Ricky stator 200 watt stator and lightened flywheel with a polished cnc machined stator cover and a new coil. Added a Polished CT Racing 350 powervalve cylinder with a new 39mm Keihin Carb breathing through new VForce reeds and exhaling through a new chromed Curtis Sparks Racing mid range exhaust and silencer. New clutch kit with a Hinson clutch basket and a chromed clutch side cover with the Hinson quick change cover. Topped that off with an anodized blue ESR waterpump cover. Replaced the swingarm bearings and seals and added a new chromed swingarm bolt and nut. I had the factory rear shock rebuilt and revalved professionally and added new Elka triple rate shocks up front with remote reservoirs and new bushings and seals in the a-arms. Rebuilt all the brake calipers and the master cylinders and added new pads all around with braided SS brake lines. Installed a new aluminum radiator and OMF aluminum radiator shrouds. She's sitting on polished Douglas billet wheels with Kenda Klaw tires and has the beadlocks on the back. She has NAC's cnc aluminum front hubs and a forged +4 adjustable axle in the back running through a RPM billet bearing carrier and kept in place by a Lonestar antifade nut and driven by a DID Gold chain and protected by an Armadillo aluminum skid plate. Installed a new Duncan Racing Seatcover with the OMF anti vibration seat clamp and graphics kit on brand new Maier silver plastic. Topped that all off with a Quad Tech carbon fiber gas tank cover and Hood. Your feet are protected by new quality nerf bars. This 250r has many polished billet aluminum pieces and many professionally chromed pieces as well including the kick starter and the brake pedal. I built it with all stainless bolts except for a couple that I couldn't procure. It has New TrailTech headlights and new Renthal handle bars. Even the handle bar kill switch and the taillight were replaced. This quad has never had gas in it. I never ran it since I didn't want to discolor the new pipe. She will come with the original jet in the carb that came with the carb and an ESR jet board as well.
