Arizona Rust Free Muscle! This auction is featuring your next great project! This 1971 Chevelle could be your Big Block Dream Car, and its the perfect one for you to start with. This one was resurrected from the southern desert of Arizona and is currently sitting in Northwest Phoenix. The car currently is a numbers matching V-8 307 without a 2 barrel carb. You will see in the pictures that the carb and valve covers were robbed, however the motor is freed up. The transmission is also intact. The Great... This is overall a 90% to 95% complete car. You are buying this because the underbody and frame is excellent. I would also say that this is super straight, it is not all banged up. You will not have spend hours and dollars welding in floor pans, trunk pans, etc. This one is equipped with front disc brakes, however at this time they are not operational; power steering and power brakes; this is an A/C equipped car, however the compressor was robbed. Your project includes a sweet set of 15" Chevy Rally Wheels. The Good... There are only a few minor problems with some rust holes, you will see that the original vinyl top caused some holes around the rear window and the left rear roof line; you will also see a typical hole in the left rear quarter. These are very small problems to have. Most of the stainless is good, but I would say you will need wheel opening mouldings. The front bumper is pretty good no holes, straight but needing plating. The rear bumper is pretty good no holes, fairly straight with one ding but needing plating. The So So... The interior is absolutely baked and dusty as most desert cars end up. Everything looks to be there but you will have some work to do. The existing could be helpful for patterns. The headliner rods are there as well. The glass is all there, the windshield has two aging small repairs; the driver side glass has some staining; the passenger side is scratched up a little. The turn signal lenses all should be replaced. The "You Need to Know" This car is "non running" Tow Away Only, As Is with No Warranty, with no brakes, and unfortunately no keys. The title is a clear Utah title, marked as exempt on the mileage, however the dash reads 67,437. The vehicle is located in Phoenix, AZ near Cave Creek Rd. and Bell Rd.
