Up for a sale is a 2000 VW Beetle TDI. she has the 1.9 diesel motor matted to a 5 speed standard trans. i don't think this car is worth repairing to drive (though she is still drive-able) but i would make an excellent donor car for a tdi swap or for parts. trans shifts great, engine start right up and doesn't smoke, interior in okay shape The Good.Low mileage TDI motor 120,000. replaced the motor at 140,000 with an engine with 35 and some change out it.Fresh timing belt put on at 213,000. used diesel geek 100,000 kit with new water pumpNew Luk clutch, put on at 213,000. tires have 75% leftblock heaterspare parts: low mileage injection pump, harmonic balancer, injectors, and lines, ecm The Badtweaked framebroken sun roofbroken drivers mirrorcracked drivers fender dents scratches from accident This car runs and drives very well, but it has body damage that is not repairable as this car has been in two accidents. This car was rebuild after the first back in 2007 but had frame damage that is not repairable. The frame damage causes the drivers door to be miss aligned and the head lights to point down. The second is why im selling this car. my sister spun out and hit a sign. this broke the drivers fender, and drivers mirror, sun roof (pole went over the time of the car) and dented the passenger A and C pillar. due to the car damage back in 07 and its current damage i don't want to put any more money in the car so I'm selling it for a parts.
