1979 Trans Am, 301 motor with automatic. Cruise (works), Air Conditioning (level 1-2-3 works, COLD), power locks. Numbers matching car that's in great shape. Turbo wheels as well as the original rally II's. Interior is in above average shape as well as the body. New tires as well. Just over 100,000 original miles. This is a get in and go car. My son drove it all last summer without any problems, this is a solid entry level trans am only going up in value. Only reason for the sale is, we picked up a 78 macho t/a and we can't keep both. You couldn't restore a car for this price. This is a no reserve auction, you can feel free to email me with a buy it now price, or with questions. From previous owner... The previous owner was a very picky guy.....every time it got a chip in the paint...he would take it in and have it touched up. All touch up would be down low where you would get stone chips from the wheels. If you stand off the front and look at it you cans see three shades of gold (down low).....they didn't match the color perfect. The picture don't show the small dings and touch upped chip's... here and there other than that it looks great. The engine sounds perfect...does not drip oil or have any strange noise's...exhaust is clean.....It looks like the only thing done to the engine area is a new starter and the water pump was replaced at one time. NO RUST.....It looks like it was rust proofed when new.....runs great...clock has a mind of it's own....interior is in great shape...dash has NO cracks...get's good gas mileage because of the smaller V-8. I'm going on 60 years old and need to keep her (wife) happy. It looks like it was garaged it's whole life....and From the looks of it...hasn't seen much rain.
