Vehicle Detail
Never thought I'd part with this rig but alas. . .. . .. . .. . .. . .. . .. . .. This is about the closest to original you're probably going to find. . .. . .my hunting rig of almost twenty five years. I'm not seeing anything else like it in the northern Rockies. 1969 Ford Bronco Sport. It has the posi-track front axle I'm led to believe was only on 2% of the Broncos made. It's a tractor in that low gear! It has about ten thousand miles on an Aims engine from Reno, 145k on the frame. It's the original "three on the tree" three speed, original color (repainted fifteen years ago) with the white removable hard top and a great, sturdy tow bar. The non original? It has the old white spoke wheels that were popular in the 80's. It has an aftermarket iron bumper meant to accommodate a winch and tow bar. It has rough edges that any fella with a little know how can spiffy it up, such as it could use some new rubber around the tail gate. Upholstery----rough. Radio. . ..original and needs an antenna. It has not been parked in the garage for a few years. It does not have cancer. It does have a booger in the r/r fender well-got curled up under a little when the tire dropped off from a spun bearing, fixed by Les Schwab. Thinking about spending 18,000 on one of those silly 4 seater ATV's ? Why not get the original . . ..with a heater, windshield wiper and radio! If you would like some pix of something specific, let me know. Pix 3 shows the floorboard under the driver compartment; pix 4 shows the top of the r/f fender well; pix 5 shows the face plate of the rear differential and l/r wheel; pix 7 is looking under from the front end (no leaks); pix 8 is rf floorboard (no I’ve not detailed it..still putzing around to gun range and post office now and then); pix 10 is r/r; pix 13 is r/f kick panel and floorboard; pix 15 is looking back into the r/f fender well; pix 19 is my torn up driver seat under my sheepskin cover, pulled back; pix 20 is inside the r/r corner. My tire chains have left some surface rust spot transfer from the wet chains. I should have done something different but it appears to be only shallow surface rust; pix 21 is inside l/r corner; pix 24 shows the wet spots you might pick up on- on the pavement is frozen dripage from condensation off the vehicle. It's winter in Montana! Hey! Tax refunds are coming soon! Maybe your Valentine will let you have it! I can store the vehicle for as long as necessary on my land for no fee. Auction must be paid in full within 5 days of closing. Delivery cannot be completed until funds are verified so figure on using a well-recognized funding source please.
