2013 Volkswagen Passat SE being sold as a salvage flood car salvage title brand new. Here is what we know when this car first arrived it was complete with everything including navigation leather interior the works. We purchased a 2012 Passat as a donar car to fix the 2013 the job was started mechanic had it running then dash went out. Mechanic said it would be easier changing the whole interior then tracing wires it sounded good to us. Well long story short mechanic went away not on vacation and wont be coming back no time soon. Car has the dash and cluster of the 2012 and does start but shuts off and seats are laying in car not bolted in. I am listing this 2013 for $8995 and at the buy it now price you can have both cars anything less gets you the 2013 only.
