This is an Arizona rustfree 1984 Toyota FJ60. It is probably as rustfree and straight a FJ60 as you are going to find this side of new. It really is a beauty. While the paint and interior are not, the body is. And that is about everything as far as I am concerned. This truck was bought new in Flagstaff, Arizona. .Then was over in Southern California from 1996 to 1999. And took at least one tour thru Mexico according to paperwork in the glovebox.The Cruiser moved back to Kingman, Arizona in 1999.This Cruiser was left in storage sometime soon after that and an abandoned title was obtained .Whether the owner passed away and the storage company filed for title after is unknown. But here in Snowbird friendly Arizona, that is a pretty regular process. This is the only negative issue on the car history report. No big deal at all as the title has always been clean, straight and regular status. I got it in a package deal with a CJ7. This is the kind of truck I should keep if I had half a brain. Straight, clean,totally rustfree, stock low mile Cruisers are getting harder to find.This one has only 99,650 original miles on it. It has clean Arizona Box A title . Which verifies the low miles.These engines go forever so this one is just getting broken in.This truck has been off the road and in storage for the last few years.So it is not a get in and drive across the country truck now. I put some fresh gas in and it fires right up. Smooth, no smoke, excellent oil pressure. It drives down the road. Though I would not go too far down that road until some work is done. Good clutch, smooth tranny,Transfer case works well. This is a AC Cruiser. The original owners manual and warranty book are with the truck. It was originally factory tan. Repainted a gold/silver a long time ago. That paint job is fading away due to the Arizona sun. The paint is bad.. It is gone in places. It is flat in most.The pictures make it look better than it is. The Cruiser needs new paint. The interior is from day one. So the original carpet needs work. The seats are not bad. The door panels have some cracking up high by the glass where the sun beats on them. Same as the dash top. All glass is good. There is a Weber Carb conversion on this truck. Along with a pretty nice header. Still tied into the stock exhaust muffler so it does not sound like a Mack truck rolling down the roads. The factory original smog pump is still there. The tires are old and need replacing. The right rear has the spare on now with what I think is probably the original belted tire .There are 2 white spoke wheels with bad tires in the rear. This would be a great truck to use as is and fix up as time goes along. Or would be a great base for a full on restoration. Always start with the best body you can find and this is it. It needs the usual maintenance done after long term storage. Belts, hoses, fluids, tuneup, etc. I doubt you can find a better FJ60 for the money out there now. Original low mile bullet proof 2F Toyota engine. Straight clean undented rustfree body and frame. Unbeat, unlifted , unmolested .You can inspect this truck at my shop in Prescott Valley,Arizona.
