'71 R75/5 short wheel base. Bike is in good shape. Has started, run, and ridden with no problems everytime I've gotten it out. Paint is good, but with usual wear for such an old bike. It's been in storage for a bit over a year, so it hasn't been ridden in a while, only started and idled. Should just need fluids checked and maybe an adjustment here or there. Tires have plenty of tread and show no signs of rot. It has 65,000 miles on it. The last 40,000 were put on by the guy I bought it from over the period of 2007-2012. He had the carbs rebuilt and the engine gone through somewhere around 2010 or so. I may have the paperwork for the work done and will be included if I find it.. The bike comes with "Krauser" type Hepco Becker hard saddle bags that can lock, keys included, with brand new duffel bag inserts so you don't have to carry the hard cases into the hotel with you when you travel. Also comes with an extra set of handlebar clamps, an extra handle bar, a second set of soft saddle bags, a bottle of bmw gear oil, and bmw motor oil. I also have the Clymer's manual for this model. It's a badass bike, but I just don't have time to ride it anymore. It needs a good home. Buyer arranges shipping. $1500 non-refundable deposit due at auction end.
