1977 SS II Scout in great condition! This Scout owned by NFL Hall Of Fame running back Thurman Thomas, I am assisting in the sale. This Scout was sold new in California, where it spent most of it's life. It was professionally restored several years and still looks beautiful. It was a rust free vehicle prior to restoration. The original 345 runs strong. It is an extremely nice, original-drivtrain, California SS II Scout. Everything, including the frame and body mounts are in very good to excellent condition. The odometer was replaced with an NOS odometer by the previous owner, through investigation and talking to previous owners, I beleive the mileage to be around 60,000, but it cant be proven. The Scout also comes with a very nice complete soft top.
