I'm looking to sell my beloved 997.1 TT. 2007 Artic Silver/Sea Blue 997.1 TT with 6 speed and has about 35k miles on the clock.This is one of the most popular color for 997. HID lights, Navigation, 6CD changer, Sport Chrono package, full leather (I believe they're standard on all 997TT) Clean carfax & autocheck. Never been to accident. Mod lists Complete OEM 997.2 TT rear end conversion. Still have original 997.1TT rear bumper, taillights, etc. And they are in mint condition.Just this rear end upgrade cost around $5,000 installed. AWE exhaust and AWE quad tips with high flow cats. GIAC Pump gas ECU map (Reflash ECU about a couple of weeks ago). Just ECU tune cost $3,000 H&R lowering spring. Clear bra on front bumper, half covered on fenders and hood, mirrors, door edges, also on origianl 997.1TT rear bumper (behind the wheel wells). Comes with OEM wheels (BBS CH-R and OZ are optional). Escort Laser/Rader is installed but may need a firmware update (Getting 'check receiver wiring' errors). Parrot bluetooth and XM Radio. Brand new chin spoiler will be installed. Blemish There are a couple of very light/minor scratches on front bumper but I believe they are just on the film/clear bra. Once the film/clear bra gets removed it should be in mint condition. It didn't really bother me so I did not remove the film nor rewrap the front bumper. Title in hand, No lien for fast transaction. Recent maintenance has been completed.Recent Mobil1 oil change,New magnetic Engine oil drain plugs and aluminum oil filter cap have been upgraded.All filters including cabin filter has been changed.Brake and Clutch fluid have been recently bleed.Brake pads are near new. Profesionally all 4 wheel alignment has been completed. My 997.1 TT runs strong and in perfect condition inside out.Payment must be in either wire transfer or certified fund (with certified check the title won't be release/mail out to the buyer till the funds get cleared).I'm not a dealer so there won't be any Dealer fees (No documentation fees, DMV fees, Preparation fees, etc).I do not collect any Sales Tax.
