Up for auction is a rust free, low mileage one owner 2001 Honda Civic 4-door GX compressed natural gas fueled vehicle. This vehicle operates on compressed natural gas only. The car has only 26,707 original miles. This Honda Civic GX is equipped with a 1.7 liter SOHC 16 valve 4-cyclinder engine, automatic transmission, front disc brakes, power steering, air conditioning, power windows, power door locks, dual power door mirrors, intermittent windshield wipers, AM/FM stereo with cassette, driver’s and front passenger’s air bags, driver’s and front passenger’s side air bags and anti-lock brakes. The car runs fine and the overall vehicle condition is consistent with most 12-year old vehicles. The car retains its original paint and has never been in an accident. The paint has some chips and scratches in places and the car shows some signs of wear. The interior is clean and has no tears or rips in the upholstery, but the headliner is sagging at the rear window (see photos). The tires and brakes are good and everything on the car works. The CNG fuel tank has a November 2015 expiration date and these tanks are still available from Honda. It has a clear California title and just passed a California smog test inspection (inspection report included). The vehicle is sold without license plates. This vehicle is owned by a municipality and has always received regular preventive maintenance service and repairs. Included with the purchase are the original window sticker, service and owner’s manuals as well as all service and repair records dating back to 2001. No other parts or accessories come with the vehicle. Scheduled viewings/inspections may be made upon request. Full payment is due within seven (7) days from close of auction. The vehicle will not be released until payment has been received and cleared. Buyer is responsible for vehicle pick up and registration. We are unable to provide shipping quotes or locate/select a shipper. Vehicle must be picked up within 15-days from close of auction.
