VIN 9117200215 This car was owned and operated in AZ & CA for many years until I bought it in 2010 from the AZ owner. It has always been well cared for, stored inside and is in all-around very good condition with all systems extremely solid and fully functioning well. Instrument panel works flawlessly. Exterior finish is a good/very good repainted Guards Red.....originally Silver and has no rust or damage with very, very few road rash paint chips. All bumper rubber inserts are very good. The interior is completely new stock black leather with cream headliner and is in excellant condition. All carpeted areas including front storage area are new. Mechanically & electrically this car does not need anything. It has been completely gone thru by our local vintage Porsche mechanic/collector/racer with any & all deficiencies corrected and made fully operational. Any oil drippage is typical for this particular vintage 911S. Air conditioning blows ice cold and functions very well as does the heater. The AM/FM CD radio is a Blaupunkt replacement for the original and all features perform well. Tires are stock size new Hankook 727's ....less than 300 miles....mounted on the original Fuchs polished wheels and they too are in excellent condition. The engine runs extremely well, is well tuned and is very strong with new timing chain guides. Transmission performs as it should. Exhaust system and all under car sytems are in excellent condition. Suspension is rock solid and performs as you would expect. All in all, this car does not need a thing except a new owner who wants to really enjoy what these are all about. It is totally reliable in all ways and I would not hesitate to drive it anywhere at whatever pace one would feel comfortable with. The overall appearance is outstanding, is very presentable and has a lot of curb appeal. It is not a concours type of car but it does show extremely well in class and has won several awards. Use it as a daily driver and/or a track car.........either way you will not be disappointed. I did not come anywhere close to using the car as I thought I would and have a need to make room for adding another Corvette.......... my primary passion. Car is being sold "As Is" - "Where Is" and includes "No Warranty" implied or agreed. Owner's Manual will be included. I have tried to be up front in all ways and no less so than I would expect in return. My assistance will be available in whatever way necessary to facilitate the finding of a new home.
