Recently found 1957 Chevrolet 210 , 2 door wagon . Great History originaly Built By Steve Ames founder of Ames performance enginering in Marlborough NH in 1968. This time capsule was campaigned in various classes until 1975 . This 57 Wagon still retains most of its original paint scheem from 1968. This car was first built to run Junior stock from 1968 - 1970 . Later converted in 1971 to run MP until 1972 . In 1973 car was changed over to run H Gas until 1975 with a Hilborn injected small block . Then Retired at the end of the 1975 season and put in storage . This car was run at various New England tracks between 1968 - 1975 . The car has remained in great shape over the years and stored inside , Great Patina . There is No engine and transmission , The Dana Rear that was installed back in the late 60s is still there . All of the front suspension is still intact with all modifacations from when the car was raced . The under carriage is in great shape No major Rust issues or stories . The Body is in great shape with some rust issues in the gate area . The 1/4s , fenders , doors are all good . The front bumper is removed as is the interior trim as shown ,all included . The side windows are Lexan that was installed back in the day . The front wheels and tires are from back in the day , The rears are rollers.
