This is a 1973 I incorrectly had it listed as a 72. The beetle has been stored in a garage for the past 16 years. I purchased it from previous owner about 2 years ago. It is a nice but not perfect. I do have the spare tire and another new tire not pictured. The tires that are on it are like new. It starts up every time and engine runs smooth. It does leak a little oil after you turn it off about 2 quarter size drips. Transmission shifts good and runs in and out of all the gears without problems. THERE IS however a vibration that you feel going down the road. It does not sound like metal on metal more like buzzing. I have not been able to figure out where it's coming from. It goes away when you make a left hand turn and at highway speeds above 60mph. I replaced the right drive-axel and all wheel bearings on the rear right side to try and fix the vibration. Still there. It is completely drivable but the vibration is annoying. Feel free to come and test drive it. Floors look solid. Lights, turn signals work. Radio not hooked up. Horn button below steering wheel , original horn doesn't work. Looks like this thing had AC at some point but it's not hooked up. I replaced the rear break hoses. Body has no dents. There are a few paint chips pictured that are being covered up by magnetic beetles. Looks good. 167,000 miles, I don't know when engine was last re-built but to me it feels like it has pretty decent power. There is a windshield wiper scratch on the drivers side could be taken out by you. I tried to take a pic of it. The passenger side has a chip filled in as pictured.
