Thank you for looking at our auction. ATV: This ATV is a nearly new 2013 Honda Foreman 500 Fuel Injection, Electronic Power Steering (EPS), Electric Shift (ES), 4x4 Utility ATV. The Foreman line is Honda's "Work Horse" line of ATV's. It is one of the most dependable ATV's ever made and they literally last a lifetime. It starts with the 500 class, liquid cooled, four stroke engine. This is one of very few ATV engines that will go beyond 10,000 miles with just regular maintenance. This machine is the all new, redesigned Foreman loaded with new features. It features liquid-cooling, revised suspension, Electronic Fuel Injection, and all new redesigned body panels. Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) is the newest addition to the Foreman line of ATVs and it's a game changer. We have loved the smaller Rancher for years because of the fuel injection, and now the redesigned Foreman has it. EFI makes hard cold starts a thing of the past. It automatically adjusts the air/fuel ratio for temperature and altitude so it's always at the correct ratio to provide smooth power delivery as well as easy starting. No choke or carburetor to worry about. Just push the start button, put it in gear, and you're gone.Electronic Power Steering (EPS) is hands down the best option on this Foreman. Trust me once you ride an ATV with Power Steering you will never want to be without it again. Not only does it make it easier to steer, but it will absorb bumps when you hit objects with one tire and not the other. No more having the handlebars jerked out of your hands when you catch a rock or tree root with one front tire and not the other. This Foreman is the Electric Shift (ES) version. The electric shift is a great option because it is very easy to use like an automatic, but doesn't have belts to ever slip or break. All you have to do is push a button to select the gear you want to be in. These late model Foreman models can be taken in and out of 4 wheel drive simply by moving a lever. Of course digital instrumentation, racks, and a trailer hitch are standard equipment. If you are reading this you probably know about Honda's legendary quality. We get to work on and ride every ATV out there and the simple truth is that Honda's are simply a better made product than the competition.This machine also has some very nice hand guards that have a built in mirror, and a winch already installed. These accessories will help offer protection for your hands, let you view behind you without having to turn around, and help get you out of or around any kind of obstacle. Of course it does come with a clean title. Condition: This machine is in very nice condition. It only has 511 original miles and 52.7 engine hours of use. You read that right, only 511 original miles. Not much to say on condition, it's pretty nice. It does have a few light trail scratches but is otherwise very nice. Mechanically its perfect. Everything on it functions exactly as it should. A new one just like this would set you back around $8000. This one looks nice, runs like new, and is a chance to get all the features you want at a great price. Accessories: We stock and install all the best ATV accessories. However, we are not a wholesaler and we will charge sales tax the same as if you are a retail customer. We know your cousin Bubba has a dealer's license, or you own "Trader Larry's figurine and ATV outlet store" down at the local flea market and you think you shouldn't have to pay sales tax, but unfortunately the State of Kentucky disagrees. If you are a licensed powersports that's one thing, otherwise we will have to charge sales tax as outlined below. Please keep this in mind before you place bids on our items. Details: Overall this is a very nice ATV that will make someone very happy. As for transaction details, We are MLS Powersports, located in Georgetown, Kentucky (40324). We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington, KY and 75 miles South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check, or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this ATV up in person, we are required by law to charge you 6% Kentucky sales tax. We will provide the winner with a KY Certificate of Sales tax paid. When you title this ATV in your home state they WILL credit the 6% back to you and you will only have to pay the difference (if there is any) to your local sales tax.(Except in West Virginia) We do this all the time, do not worry, you will not have to pay sales tax twice. If you have it delivered to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exemption for farm/agricultural use. We don't need a deposit but if we ship, it must be paid in full first. This machine comes with a clean title that is ready to transfer. It will also come with a bill of sale and proof of being lien free. You are welcome to inspect it as long and well as you like before finalizing the deal, but it is used and sells as-is. Canadian Bidders: We sell many ATV's to Canada because it saves you a lot of money. We know the paperwork requirements and what it takes to get it done. However, it is very expensive to have an ATV shipped from door to door due to customs broker fees. If you pick it up yourself or have it shipped to a border town and do your own border crossing you will save thousands vs buying in Canada. We also have a shipper we can direct you to who has many warehouses along the border where it can be shipped to and stored until you pick it up.
